LINES AND ANDERSON, ALL STAR CHALLENGE ENTRIES AT SIMSON SPEEDWAY
Steven Lines is the latest to join the field of stars for this coming Saturday’s Mainline DynoLog Dynamometers All Star Challenge at Heystbury Stockfeed Simpson Speedway.
“This is pretty cool news for us, I have been trying to talk Steve into running with us for years now but the timing has never been right and now, thanks to Dave Challons, the time is right now. Dave has a strong 360 engine and the old team with Steve, Graig Bennet and Dave back together, the V#45 Camden Neon Signs J&J will putting it all on the line,” Promoter Mandy Searle tells us.
Lines has driven for the best teams in Australia over the years, Dave Challons, Halls Motorsport, Horrell Motorsport, Monte Motorsport and has had major victories down through the years – The Classic, Kings Challenge, Aussie title podiums, WSS Mains – the list goes on.
It has been years since he has tackled the tight little bull ring at Simpson and his entry is an added bonus to the prestigious event
Grant Anderson has again teamed up with Brad Foster for the night running the B&B Retaining Walls, Ostrich Racing Engines J&J V11. Anderson has been stepping in between his family owned V37 and the Foster owned V11 for the past few shows. Foster has been one of the stalwarts of 360s and always supplies a top team for this event.
“What can I say – WOW, it is fantastic. The show just keeps getting bigger and bigger.” Searle added.
