BELLE Vue have announced the return of Jye Etheridge as they close in their full line-up for the 2022 Premiership campaign.
Etheridge was part of the Aces’ side which reached last season’s Grand Final and is the fourth member of that team to be back this year, along with Brady Kurtz, Charles Wright and Tom Brennan.
Belle Vue CEO Mark Lemon said: “Filling these last couple of team places has had its challenges. I was prepared to wait; however, I can say I’m delighted that Jye has agreed to re-join us in 2022.
“He’s a quite a character in the pits and committed on track, and I’m confident he will continue to develop in Premiership competition.
“I feel he is capable of moving into the main body of the team, and the fact that he has raced with the majority of the lads in previous seasons means he slots into this team composition nicely.”

ORGANISERS of the Ben Fund Bonanza have announced the event at Peterborough on March 27 will conclude with a five-rider Final.
The line-up for the fund-raising meeting is now complete as Nick Morris, Kyle Howarth, Tom Brennan, Simon Lambert and Anders Rowe have joined the field.
SRBF Chairman Paul Ackroyd said: “It has been two years since the last Bonanza meeting, and we wanted to do something a little bit different and thrilling for this year.
“Belle Vue’s six-rider Final in the Peter Craven Memorial was something to behold and given the size and shape of Peterborough we felt there was sufficient room to somewhat replicate this.
“We are very grateful to all of the riders for their co-operation in making our five-rider Final happen, and we are sure it will make this year’s meeting one of the most exciting!
“We’re very excited about the field we’ve put together. It’s been a tough couple of years without the Bonanza and we hope to see plenty of people on March 27.”
Opportunities are still available for supporters and potential sponsors to further back the event – details available at srbf.co.uk .
