DO YOU WANT TO BUY A RACE-JACKET?
SUPPORTERS now have the opportunity to own one of the race-jackets used in Sunday’s Sports Insure British Final at Belle Vue.
Race-jackets from the event, which was won by Dan Bewley with Tom Brennan and Craig Cook joining him on the rostrum, are available on a first-come first-served basis, at a cost of £75 each.
Every rider’s race-jacket is available with the exception of Charles Wright.
Anyone interested should contact the British Speedway office by email at office@britishspeedway.co.uk stating their preference of rider, and alternative(s) if applicable.
BSP Ltd have once again taken the decision to carry out a fixed-price sale of race-jackets rather than an auction in order to give all fans the opportunity to own a unique item at a fair pricing structure.

POOLE eased into the Championship play-off semi-finals with a 50-40 win at depleted Plymouth to go through by a 40-point aggregate margin.
The Pirates set up a last-four clash with Glasgow, which will be a repeat of last year’s Grand Final, and will head to Ashfield for the first leg on Sunday.
Heat-leaders Richard Lawson (13) and Steve Worrall (12) led the way at the Coliseum, whilst Plymouth’s guest reserve Lee Complin scored a terrific 15 points and Scott Nicholls added 14 at No.1.
Poole co-promoter Danny Ford said: “We came here to do the business, and that was what we achieved.
“For sure, we are going to be meeting some stronger-looking sides as we host Leicester in the Cup on Wednesday and then go to Glasgow on Sunday in the play-offs, but we could easily have taken our foot of the gas once we had scored the 31 points we needed.
“But we did that at Heat 11, and still went on to rack up a score of 50 points.
“We have three very big meetings coming up, so if we can maintain the form that we are in right now then our season could be very much alive heading into October.”

LEICESTER head to Poole with a narrow two-point lead as the two sides resolve their KO Cup semi-final at Wimborne Road tonight (Wednesday).
The Pirates fought back strongly in the closing stages of last Saturday’s first leg to restrict the Lions to a 46-44 margin, although the East Midlands side did win in Dorset earlier in the season.
Both teams are at full strength with Leicester switching the riding order of their second-strings as Dan Thompson and Connor Mountain exchange places.
Poole co-promoter Danny Ford said: “A two-point deficit is of course far from insurmountable and although Leicester have already won at our place this season and we have yet to beat them, I feel that our lads will raise their game for this one.
“Whichever way you look at it, we are in for a thriller of a meeting and I hope that our superb fans will turn out in good numbers and get behind us, just to add that extra piece of inspiration for us to get over the line.”
Lions boss Stewart Dickson said: “It’s certainly not impossible, I certainly haven’t given up the tie and I know the riders haven’t either so we’ll see what Wednesday brings.
“We did have the luxury of Dan Thompson at reserve when we won down there in the league, and no two meetings are ever going to be the same.
“But we have won there, and we are certainly capable if all seven riders ride well, which unfortunately wasn’t the case on Saturday. We need all seven firing at Wimborne Road if we’re to have a chance.”

OXFORD host Kent in a crucial NDL contest at Cowley tonight (Wednesday) which will see at least one team eliminated from the play-off race.
The sides are level on 23 points heading into their final fixture, and the winners will overhaul Belle Vue into fourth place and pile the pressure on the Colts to respond when they visit Armadale next week.
Should tonight’s fixture be drawn, both sides will remain outside the top four and Belle Vue’s place will be secure.
Oxford again operate rider replacement for the injured Nathan Stoneman whilst Adam Roynon comes in to guest for Sam Hagon, who is racing abroad, and Kai Ward stands in at reserve for Jacob Clouting, who is absent following the birth of his son. Kent welcome back skipper Danno Verge but are without No.1 Max Clegg, unbeaten by an opponent since joining the club, due to Championship commitments, with Lee Complin coming in to guest.
