NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT LEAGUE SIGNINGS FOR BELLE VUE
BELLE Vue have announced the signings of Paul Bowen and Luke Muff as their National Development League team moves closer to completion.
Bowen returns to the Colts after backpedalling on retirement plans which saw him miss the 2022 season, whilst Muff joins the Manchester side after previously racing for Mildenhall.
Club CEO Mark Lemon said: “We’re very happy to hand Luke his Belle Vue debut. His enthusiasm to join this club was second to none and that’s exactly what we like to see. We want riders who want to ride for us in our teams.
“He’s a late starter to speedway, although the experience he will have gained with Mildenhall in the last two years bodes well and we look forward to having Luke in our side.
“Paul Bowen is a man who needs no introduction at the National Speedway Stadium and in fact needs no introduction at all.
“He is quite a character and Belle Vue, and British Speedway, are delighted to welcome Paul back to Manchester.”

SAM Masters has all but completed his Testimonial line-up by adding some of his closest friends in the sport.
Fellow Aussies Nick Morris, Josh Pickering, Justin Sedgmen, Rohan Tungate and Jye Etheridge will all take to the track at Monmore Green on Sunday, March 26 (3pm).
And with Masters himself also racing alongside Jason Doyle, Max Fricke, Ryan Douglas and Rory Schlein, that means ten of the 16 will be from Down Under, with one more rider to be confirmed.
“There’s a lot of guys over here racing who I kind of grew up with and because we’ve all been on similar journeys, I always wanted them involved,” Masters said.
“I’m stoked with all of the boys who have said they’ll come and do my Testimonial and it’s shaping up to be a great meeting.”
