TORUN POLAND: KUBERA GETS ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY

Polish racer Dominik Kubera gets a second chance to shine in the 2023 FIM Speedway Grand Prix series after being confirmed as DeWalt FIM Speedway GP of Poland – Torun wild card.

Kubera dons the number 16 wild-card race jacket at the iconic Marian Rose Motoarena on September 30 – four and a half months after being cruelly denied the chance to race at the Orlen FIM Speedway GP of Poland – Warsaw at PGE Narodowy on May 13.

The Lublin star suffered a freak crash in qualifying practice on May 12 and withdrew from the meeting.

Mercifully, he’s back on track and played a pivotal role in Poland’s charge to an unforgettable Monster Energy FIM Speedway World Cup victory at Wroclaw’s Olympic Stadium on July 29.
