BRADY KURTZ JOINS CRUMP CLASSIC FIELD
Former Australian Speedway Champion Brady Kurtz is the latest big name to sign on for the 2024 GT Onsite Windscreens Phil Crump Solo Classic presented by Karym Cleaning at Olympic Park Speedway Mildura on Sunday December 29.
The 27-year-old Cowra local has been in career best form in 2024 representing Australia in the Speedway of Nations where he picked up a silver medal alongside side team mates Jack Holder and Max Fricke.
Kurtz has been on fire for his league clubs and he is currently leading the averages in the Polish Ekstraliga 2 in front of impressive names like Nicki Pedersen and Chris Holder. He also tops the standings for Belle Vue in the British Premiership League ahead of GP star Dan Bewley.
“Brady is on fire this season, he is arguably one of the fastest speedway riders in the world at the moment,”MMCC Solo co-ordinator Ryan Sedgmen said.
“Brady always puts on a show at Olympic Park, too, winning last season’s Australian title round. He is a past winner of the Crump Classic and would like to add another title to his resume”.
Kurtz Joins 2017 World Champion Jason Doyle, Jan Kvech, Jaimon
Lidsey, Luke Becker, Sam Hagon, Sam Masters, Tom Brennan and Rohan Tungate as confirmed starters for the event with a few more exciting signings to follow over the next week.
