A win to Callum WIlliamson and a fifth to Dayne Kingshott at the Perth Motorplex last night has slightly reduced the margin at the top of the 2024-25 Maddington Toyota Sprintcar Series Championship.
Defending series champion Kingshott has 2492 points, a 52 point buffer over Williamson (2440), heading into round 18 of the series at the Perth Motorplex this evening.
Taylor Milling, who set the Victory 1 Performance Quick Time and finished ninth after starting from p7 last night, is third on 2310, ahead of Kaiden Manders, who started 19th and finished sixth, to be on 2272 points.
Andrew Priolo still rounds out the top five in points on 2164 after starting 27th and racing up to 16th by the end of the 30 lap feature race.
There were some big movers in the final last night.
McFadden raced up from ninth to second, Kerry Madsen raced up from 13th to third, Ryan Lancaster raced up to 12th from 20th, Andrew Priolo moved up from 27th to 16th and Michael Keen went from 25th to 17th, but the biggest mover and winner of this round’s Kincrome Hard Charger was Kaiden Manders – he started 19th and finished sixth.
