Power Productions, organiser of the International Speedway Masters, to be staged over two blockbusting nights, on December 27 and 28 at Adelaide’s Gillman Speedway Stadium, is proud to announce Ikon Suspension as the event’s platinum partner.

Ikon Suspension, one of the nation’s leading manufacturers of motorcycle shock absorbers and suspension components, has secured naming rights to the “must see” international speedway spectacle.

Event organiser, David Tapp, says Ikon Suspension’s generous commitment to the event, continues a thirty-plus year association between the two parties.

“I am absolutely indebted to Geoffrey and Louise Lowe, owners of Ikon Suspension, for yet again continuing their boundless support to my company’s endeavours to present international speedway in Australia at the highest level,” Tapp said.

“Geoffrey and Louise were one of the major corporate partners associated with the International Speedway Masters, when I inaugurated the national series way back in 1995, and incredibly this support has continued to present day.

“Geoffrey is an avid speedway motorcycle fan and he has always strived to help build the sports’ profile. An event of this magnitude would simply not be possible without corporate backing and I’m thrilled to be working with Ikon Suspension as the event’s major naming rights partner,” Tapp concluded.

Meantime, Geoffrey Lowe says he’s excited to see the International Speedway Masters “brand” return to the Australian speedway landscape.

“The International Speedway Masters is an iconic event in Australian speedway history and we’re thrilled to see David bring the name back for the Gillman event later this year,” Geoffrey enthused.

“I love the concept of the best of the best, over two consecutive nights (sidecars and solos), and Ikon is very pleased to be assisting in bringing the event to fruition.

“We have had a long association with the ISM and David Tapp, personally, so we’re really looking forward to being a part of something truly special. It’s also tremendous that two of the sports’ all-time greats in Darrin Treloar and Leigh Adams are being honoured too.

“The Ikon Suspension International Speedway Masters, incorporating the Darrin Treloar Cup and Leigh Adams Medal, is a two night event not to be missed,” Geoffrey concluded.
