WARRNAMBOOL SPRINTCAR TRACK CHAMP HOTS UP
Following the January 1 and 2 Sprintcar double header, Jamie Veal currently sits on top of the Total Tools Warrnambool Sprintcar Track Championship points standings.
Veal holds a small points gap advantage over South Australian Luke Dillon, while both Lachlan McHugh and Steven Lines are tied for third after three rounds, with Brock Hallett rounding out the top five.
A DNF for Tasmanian Jock Goodyer on January 2 has slowed his points haul. Goodyer had the perfect score after two rounds however, he now sits in eleventh position after not scoring any points last time out.
Drivers still have another four opportunities to score points including the next rounds at the South West Conveyancing Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic.
The Total Tools Warrnambool Track Championship pays a cool $10,000 for first place, with second and third paying positions also with thanks to the Midfield Group and Fitzmedia Productions.
With points only awarded to A-Main cars, pressure will be a plenty during the Classic, just to make the A-Main.
Premier Speedway thank Total Tools Warrnambool for their continued support. They are a one-stop tool shop for all Trades and the backyard handyman stocking an amazing array of tools such as Milwaukee, Makita, Kincrome, Sidchrome, Cigweld, Unimig, Paslode, Karcher and many more…
