EXCITEMENT BUILDS AS THE ALL STARS AND EASTER BUNNY RETURN TO MILDURA
The countdown begins for the conclusion of the Mainline DynoLog Dynamometers All Star Series for the 2022-23 season.
Friday night, April 7, a new series Champion will be named at Timmis Speedway, Mildura and now the question is – will a new name be added to the record books or will it be a past champ?
Newly crowned Australian Champion Mark Caruso is currently on top of the leader board with Kane Newcombe next in line while rounding out the top three is rookie Chris Temby in the V18 entry. Caruso is a two time All Star series champion and Newcombe would be in his element if he could tip the Aussie Champ.
This is the first time this season the All Stars have competed at Timmis Speedway after the Mildura Club chose to sit out the season while upgrades were made to the venue. The club has worked incredibly hard over the past few months erecting a new catch fence, new lighting and pit improvements to be ready for Easter.
Top 360 names have already thrown their hat in the ring for the weekend and the numbers are increasing each day.
Already heavy hitters Brendan Quinn, Rusty Hickman, Paul Solomon, Chris Solomon, Ben Morris, Steven Caruso, Lisa Walker, Charles Hunter are just a few of the names joining in for weekend to mix it with the All Star regulars, Todd Moule, Corey Sandow, Jeremy Kupsch, Dan Scott, BJ Harris, Jason Bolitho and the list goes on, . . . it’s shaping up to be a top weekend of racing.
With a Show & Shine on Friday morning, Presentation Pit Party Friday night, Saturday night is free to spend with family & friends and then the drivers all get to do it again on Sunday night with the 360 Sprintcar Easter Nationals.
